ABOUT PYRANET – IT SUPPORT SPECIALISTS

 

Pyranet UK Limited was established in 2005 by IT support specialists Joe Burns and Rory Perkins.

They aimed to be successful by ensuring their clients viewed them as people they could trust, who would support their business vision and share in a strong commitment to delivering a quality service. By growing a team of likeminded people they have achieved this ambition.

Pyranet now work for many companies who are located in Nottingham, Leicester and Derby as well as across the East Midlands area. Most have appointed Pyranet based on these values.

Joe & Rory had previously managed the IT infrastructure for a multi-million pound turnover blue chip company. Coming from this background has enabled Pyranet to establish a reputation for providing a highly responsive service and a mass of glowing testimonials from happy clients.

Pyranet is now an established, but growing, IT support company that understands how important it is to maintain a consistent level of service. As our company expands, we always take care to recruit and increase resources at the right times to ensure that our clients can always rely on Pyranet to be available when needed.

Subsequently we are really pleased to say that we have significantly grown our client base by maintaining personal contact, ensuring regular and consistent communications with our clients and the delivery of expert IT Support Services.

Pyranet’s clients are involved in professional services, manufacturing, transportation, printing, charities and many more industries. Typically our clients have in excess of 20 users and we either manage their entire IT infrastructure or provide specialist advice, support and assistance to an in-house IT Manager or IT team.

Pyranet now has a team of 20 highly trained and knowledgeable IT engineers, experienced consultants and customer support advisers. Each customer has a dedicated account management team so that their company is assured efficient and cost effective IT support and the same points of contact. Working with all the latest technologies, we are specialists in ensuring that our clients invest in their IT in the most productive way possible
