Overseeing the account management team and developing new business opportunities means being fleet of foot. Rory’s daily runs in preparation for Mud Runner events give him plenty of time to think about new target markets, products and services to ensure our growth. Ensuring Pyranet customers have access to premium quality advice and customer service drive Rory to the finishing line.
Joe Technical Director
Making sure our clients have the right mix of technologies and support is Joe’s key role as technical director. But then Joe does think he is a bit of a cocktail making genius. A huge football fan (Man United season ticket holder) Joe also keeps busy in the community in his role as Vice Chairman of Hucknall Round Table.
Andy Technical Manager
As the manager of our IT engineers and technical support teams Andy likes to ensure everything runs smoothly. Skating on thin ice is something he doesn’t advocate, even though he is a strong swimmer!
Nick Account Manager
Ensuring Pyranet’s customers are fully satisfied with their account management team and everything is running smoothly can sometimes mean balancing sensitivity and with a pulling no punches approach. Nick also offers technical advice and helps our customer with strategic IT developments and hardware investment decisions.
Chau Account Manager
Chau is a mixed martial arts fighter, but also owns a tortoise! Both require patience and discipline which Chau utilises on a daily basis to ensure his projects progress at the agreed pace!
Tara Office Manager
Tara pulls no punches in managing our business operations and financial processes. From invoicing to processing payments and maintaining our vehicle fleet, Tara keeps us all in fighting shape.
Luke Support Engineer
Nothing slides when Luke is on the job providing first line technical support either on site or remotely by the telephone. He loves nothing better than to keep his customers IT systems highly maintained.
Tim Support Engineer
Tim likes staying in touch with nature, mediation and prayer. It’s these calming qualities that make Tim the ideal person to chat to for advice and resolutions to your IT problems and queries.
Ben Support Engineer
Ben delights in ensuring first line problems do not escalate into something more serious. His technical expertise and on-site support service keeps IT systems running smoothly and ensures Pyranet customers have the ‘advantage.’
Ian Support Engineer
Ian normally likes getting out and about on his bicycle, but we give him a van to enable him to do his day job installing IT networks and infrastructure projects.
Darren Support Engineer
Getting the right amount of sleep such that he is alert and ready to carry out on-site IT system installations, repairs and maintenance, and still left with enough energy to play with his 3 kids, means Darren needs his really comfy pillow. But as a weekend scotch whisky connoisseur we doubt he has much trouble getting this required shuteye!
Alex Support Engineer
It was a slam-dunk when Alex helped us get shortlisted for Microsoft’s IT Apprentice Employer of the Year award. Alex is big into his volunteer work and this caring attitude helps make him the perfect person to have in our support team to log, solve and resolve IT support issues.
Emma Support Engineer
There’s no tip toeing around for this Irish dancer when it comes to ensuring client support issues are resolved quickly and efficiency and our customers are dancing to a happy beat.
James Support Engineer
Another family man, James enjoys nothing better than tinkering with cars and relaxing with a DVD. It’s this quizzical nature that makes James a great IT engineer!
Bev Marketing Consultant
